    At Plaza Lex, we take pride in the quality of every gown and item we offer.

    -If merchandise is received with a defect, the client must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Notification must include clear photos of the issue and proof of purchase.

    -If we are not notified within the 24hour timeframe, we will be unable to process any return or exchange.
